Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to consume several different types of foods in one day just to get all the vitamins needed in the body. Luckily for me and YOU, vitamin supplements are the easiest and fastest way to get in that extra boost you need. Here are my top supplements that every woman (or man) should take!
Do keep in mind that the best way to get vitamin is through nutrient dense foods! So do not, I repeat DO NOT, ditch those healthy greens for a couple of vitamin gummies.
