Where To Take Travel Photos Near Portland, Oregon
Hi everyone! I have narrowed down my list of top epic sights to check out on your next trip to Oregon! Whether you’re staying for a day or a week, these spots will keep you (and your camera) very busy.

MULTNOMAH FALLS (find it here)
There are countless waterfalls and trails all over Oregon and many of which are in close proximity to Portland. You MUST put it on your bucket list. Enjoy yourself a nice brisk hike or stroll while taking in Portland’s finest air. Don’t forget to snag some great pictures along the way!

St. John’s BRIDGE (find it here)
Everywhere I travel, I find myself at a bridge. It always reminds me of home somehow. The support, longevity, and overall beauty always leaves me awestruck.

TILIKUM CROSSING (find it here)
If you are a fan of architecture, you will love the Tilikum Crossing. Its simplicity and overall peaceful vibes will surely be photo worthy!

ROWENA CREST (find it here)
In order to reach the Rowena Plateau, aka that gorgeous view that overlooks the valley, be sure to follow the Historic Columbia River Highway into Mosier. Many travelers also choose to hike the trail, but depending how the weather is, driving might be easier to manage!
PORTLAND’S CHINATOWN (find it here)
Lan Su CHinese Garden is the main attraction in Chinatown. It highlights the most precious flowers and stores a good amount of history within its border. The rest of Chinatown may seem like nothing special, but don’t forget to snag a picture with the iconic Chinatown gate.
DOWNTOWN PORTLAND SIGN (find it here)
You cannot leave Portland without taking a glimpse at the iconic Portland sign! It might take a few rounds around downtown to spot it, but when you do, don’t forget to snap away!
THE OREGON COAST
The Oregon coast borders many of the cities around it. The drive there is worth it, I promise you. You might even spot a few seals!
EASTBANK ESPLANADE (find it here)
This is a gorgeous spot to catch some epic glimpses of the bridge with the beautiful waves of the water. If you’re lucky, you’ll even catch the sunset!!
COLUMBIA RIVER GORGE
The entire Columbia River stretches along an entire strip of hikes, trails, and waterfalls. Just a short drive from Portland will lead you to a new beautiful territory.

WILLAMETTE NATIONAL FOREST (find it here)
Like a scene straight out of a movie, Willamette National Forest is located in the central portion of Oregon and is well worth the drive. check it out on trip advisor
BOARDMAN TREE FARM (find it here)
Fall season in Portland is phenomenal! The leaves and long arrays of trees simply take your breath away. If this spot does not give you goosebumps, I don’t know what will.
